Shipping policy

1. Delivery
Currently, this website only supports delivery within the United States. Delivery to other countries and regions outside the United States is not supported.
2. Description of delivery costs
When the total amount of the products in the order is less than $120, a delivery fee of $15 will be applied.
When the total amount of the products in the order is greater than or equal to $120, shipping is free.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically and displayed when your order is validated.
3. Order cut-off time
If you submit and pay for your order before 18:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST), the order will begin processing on that day.
If the order is submitted after 18:00 PM PM (Central Standard Time, CST), processing will be postponed to the next business day.
If ordered on a weekend or holiday, processing of the order will begin on the next working day.
4. Order
Processing Time All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding holidays and unforeseen events).
5. Delivery
time After the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
The delivery time may be slightly extended due to carrier, weather conditions, holidays or other uncontrollable factors.

We will arrange delivery via a reliable carrier, whether international or local, depending on the situation. This includes, but is not limited to:
FedEx
UPS
DHL Express
Other compliant logistics providers
7. Order
Tracking After you have placed and paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the following information:
Order number
Payment invoice
Information about the carrier
Tracking information (provided after shipment)
You can also track the status of your order by going to the "Order Tracking" page on our site, where you can enter your email address or phone number, as well as the order number.
8. Statement of Liability
Product damage or loss
If any products are damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately and provide photos or videos as proof. We will help you process the request for a refund or to send a replacement product.
Transportation Changes or Cancellations
Before shipping, you can request a change or cancellation of your order.
Once the order has been shipped, it is normally not possible to interrupt or cancel the shipment. Any additional costs associated with it will be borne by the customer.
Shipping address and liability
It is imperative that you provide a correct, complete and accurate delivery address.
In the event of an incorrect address, incorrect contact number, non-receipt or refusal of receipt, the responsibility and associated costs will be borne by the customer.
9. Receiving instructions
Upon receiving your package, please check the integrity of the packaging.
If you notice any obvious damage, leaks or any other anomaly, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice any problem with the products after receipt, please let us know within 24 hours by sending photos or videos.
