1. Return and exchange period
From the date of receipt of the product, you have 30 days to submit a return or exchange request, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in this policy.
Beyond this 30-day period, return or exchange requests will in principle no longer be accepted.
2. Return and exchange
conditions You can request a return or exchange in the following cases:
Defect in the appearance of the product
Product quality problem
Presence of abnormal odor or significant color difference affecting use
Product not as ordered (product error)
Return or exchange without reason, provided that the product does not affect a resale
Special conditions:
The returned product must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
The original packaging, accessories and any gifts must be returned in full.

Procedure Please contact our customer service team by email or phone to submit your return request, providing the following:
Order number
Proof of payment
Reason for return
Supporting photos or videos
Our team will process your request immediately. In case of acceptance, we will inform you with your contact details and provide you with the designated return address.
You will then have to return the product to the address provided and wait for it to be received by us.
Upon receipt of the package, we will inspect the product to verify its compliance with your declaration. If the inspection is validated, the refund will be initiated immediately.
If a return label is provided, its use will be explained to you according to your situation.
4. Exchange
Procedure Please contact our customer service by email or phone to submit your exchange request, providing:
Order number
Proof of payment
Reason for the exchange
Supporting photos or videos
Our team will process your request immediately. If accepted, we will send you the return address.
You will need to return the product to the address provided and wait for it to be received.
After inspection and validation of the returned product, the new item will be shipped within 1-3 business days to your shipping address.
5. Refund
Procedure Once your return request is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
The refund will be made to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
The refund will be executed as quickly as possible after the system has been confirmed.
6. Fee
rules Return shipping costs are covered by us in the following cases:

Product not as ordered
The return costs associated with a return without reason are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Statement of Liability
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, war, government decision, uncontrollable logistical disruption, etc.), the company cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibility to execute returns or exchanges.
In the event of an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, refusal of delivery or absence during delivery, the responsibility lies with the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of abusive or malicious returns.
